Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask our customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below for returns.

Returns

• Once you have received an item, you have 14 days to return. The buyer must cover all shipping charges.

• If you need to return an item, please email us before shipping it back. Return items cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA)

• Once the item is received on our end, we will then issue the refund. We will Not accept any worn or washed items for returns.
